HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders will normally be shipped within 1 to 3 working days. On average, for Portugal it will take 1 to 3 working days to be delivered and 3 to 15 days for the rest of the world, and you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been dispatched.
That said, as with most online companies, there may always be some delays in product deliveries for reasons outside of our company.
However, rest assured that we are working hard to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING!
Don't worry, all orders take up to 24 hours to be updated, as the courier needs to receive the order and update it in their system after it has been picked up from our warehouse, so it's likely that your order will be updated by the end of the day. If there are any outstanding issues after 48 hours, please contact us and we will look into the situation.
MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN LOST/STOLEN
Once the product has left our warehouse, Centeo cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered orders, but we want you to have the best possible experience with our company! Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any information. If they can't help, please send us an e-mail to info@centeofrangrances.com so that we can work with you to resolve the issue.

WHAT TO DO IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Once you have received your product, you must report the damage within 24 hours of receipt. Send an e-mail to info@centeofrangrances.com with the order number and photos of the damaged product.
